Dude. I have been a vegetarian for 20 years and the only meats I ever miss are bacon and sausage. Thank goodness for some fairly good fake sausage. For bacon, there is no sub.

wow, that's a pile-o-meat! Did you get some? What kind? Me, I like a nice sweet andouille with some spicy hot deli mustard (the kind with the big seeds in it). One more thing on sausages... if you ever go to Seattle- Schultzy's on the Ave has the best sausages ever with grilled peppers and onions.. and it doesn't get much better than the chili they make with all the different sausage bits..
I usually don't like "sausage fests", but this is the exception!
They are lovely, laying there limply, ready to be stroked and licked.
Oh. I feel funny down there.
Thanks to you, we are having sausages for dinner tonight. I just went out and bought them. Jeff would like to thank you personally, but he says he would feel inadequate after looking at your photos.
