What the heck goes on in that room when I'm not looking?

This is what I found next to the "camping out box" this morning. It appears that the stuffed animals, Bitty Baby, and Emily have been planning their get-away......

this cracks me up. In her imaginary world, she's all "so long, suckas! Disneyworld or bust."

Over tea and cookies, I see!

Uh oh, it looks like there will be tea parties on some Carribean beach for Miss Emily and her gang of fuzzy friends!

Sorry I haven't dropped in to visit here in so long Dawn!! I will enjoy catching up on your posts--been out of the blogging loop for a couple of weeks.

She's deciding on a destination over a cuppa, of course. Like any civilized child. I want a camping out box.

oddly enough - playing airport ticket counter was one of my fave things when i was a kid. i had a book of arrivals and departures that i consulted and i forced everyone in the house to buy tickets. i would have killed for "real live" tickets.

i will happily book Emily, Bitty Baby and the animals on any flight they choose and note it in my arrivals and departures notebook.

oh to be young and imaginative again.

I find this sort of thing after my daughter has had a playdate with another imaginative kid. I love this stuff.

For some reason, this picture is making me think of an Agatha Christie mystery, only little.

This is all well and good, until you find a tiny homemade passport.

I used to actually pack my bags when I was younger- did you check the closet? You might find a carry-on full of T-shirts in there.....

Travel planning over tea? One of my favorite things to do. Just as long as she doesn't know how to use Travelocity.

Cheers and happy holidays!
