Rolling out of my lethargy to post.Happy New Year! I have now spent 6 days in my pajamas (different pairs, all clean ~ GEESH!)

This was the scene in the Playmobil house on New Years Day. I am not exactly sure the context of the party, but clearly these Playmobil parents have got to reassess their paretning style. Or maybe I need to take some pointers from them....

This is the overview of the Modern House. Clearly, a Par-tee has occurred. I love that the parents are both asleep in their bed - with the child behind the gate... on the third floor.

Here we see the poor waif, locked in his or her room. The stairs only lead up to the edge of the room, where the neglectful parents throw various objects in.

This is my favorite. The baby - Face down in the crib, with a candle on the table and liquor bottles strewn about. Note that the baby is on the second floor, so as not to disturb the parents....

And finally, check out what the hell happened on the ground floor....

P.S. Vlad wants you all to know that he will answer all questions. He is, however, currently on his New Years "defile a 1,000 virgins" annual retreat.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! OMG, I think I just choked on my coffee!

Those Playmobile parties are something else, indeed. What's that laying next to the guy on the ground floor? Is it a can of mace or a roll of paper towels?

And is that the puke-bucket near the stairs in the parents' room?

p.s. -- check out Hashai for the Hello Kittytown Massacre:

That is so funny. Thanks for the laugh.

jesus - that looks like an "E! True Hollywood Story" recreation of my house after Christmas.

WAY too much nog.

Hee. That looks like a crime scene.

If I had that playmobile set the house would be immaculate, just like my real house. Never mind, I guess it would be weird for me to have a playmobile house since I don't have kids yet wouldn't it?

I could never get the boys to play with the Playmobil people, let alone a whole house. I can't wait to see what Kaitlyn does with hers.

I'm a little worried about that guy lying on the floor downstairs. He's broken a heck of a lot of furniture and I don't think he has enough paper towels either.

This totally blows away the laugh I had once at my then-4-year-old daughter's calling a bottle of dollhouse shampoo "beer for the mama." Thanks for the great laugh.

I wonder what goes through the heads of our progeny as they create scenes like these.

Muwahahahaha! Oh, I needed that laugh. Hilarious!

The writers of Law and Order could probably get an episode out of this.

Happy New Year!

Dammit that's funny.

Charlie put all of our Playmobil people (most of whom are either pirates or knights) in jail the other day (we have the castle, which comes complete with a dungeon! How convienient, yes?). When I asked him why, he said, 'They were bad.'

Maybe they were responsible for the chaos at your house?

She is TOOO funny. Could you have Em narrate for us? That would be even more comical, I suspect.
